Lionsgate has released a new trailer for Kick-Ass, which hits theatres on April 16. You can view the trailer (Trailer 4) here.
The film stars Nicolas Cage, Aaron Johnson, Lyndsy Fonseca, Mark Strong, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Chloe Moretz and tells the story of regular teenager Dave Lizewski (Johnson), a comic fan who turns his obsession into inspiration to become a real superhero. He names himself Kick-Ass, puts together a costume complete with mask and starts fighting crime. Only thing is, he has no powers.
Despite that, he inspires several others to follow in his footsteps, including the 11-year-old sword-swinging Hit Girl (Moretz) and her father, Big Daddy (Cage).
